You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped, by contacting us at care@ancientrishi.com or with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as described below.
Because our products are cosmetic/personal-care items, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect item, please email us at care@ancientrishi.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item/packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI, whichever is convenient.
The ₹49 consultation fee is non-refundable once the call has taken place. If our team is unable to reach you within the promised window and you no longer wish to be contacted, contact us for a refund of the consultation fee.
