Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation (or COD order placement). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster (3-5 days); remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping is free on prepaid orders over ₹499. A nominal shipping/COD handling fee may apply on smaller orders or Cash on Delivery orders — this is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by SMS/email from our courier partner so you can follow its progress.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us at care@ancientrishi.com or with your order number and we'll investigate with our courier partner immediately.
We currently ship across India. If your pincode isn't serviceable by our courier partner, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.
